Aesthetic gymnastics is a new direction of gymnastics. Its aim is promoting of health and physical development of various age categories of the female population of the country. Thousands of girls have found themselves in this sport.

Aesthetic gymnastics is becoming more popular in Russia and in the world. This is a team sport in which take place only groups from 6 to 10 gymnasts, all movements are carried out synchronously, smoothly and naturally.
